Shipping Carrier: We currently partner with a number of carriers for the delivery of our products. 

PO Box Shipments: Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Kindly provide a physical delivery address for your orders. 

Order Volume Impact: Large orders or a higher volume of orders may require additional processing time. We will strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality. 

Postal Service Issues: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, any postal service problems or delays that may occur are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations. 

 
Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for orders will be calculated after the order is placed. The rates are determined based on the shipping destination, order size, and other relevant factors. 


Estimated Delivery Times

Standard estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping destination, however, in general shipments will take between 5 to 8 days. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to change based on external factors beyond our control. Monkey Factory is rendered not liable for any delays caused by any external factors that may occur after goods are collected by carrier. 

Please ensure early ordering during Peak Periods to factor for expected delivery delays as a result of high shipment traffic.  

Order Tracking 

  • Tracking Availability: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after your order has been processed.
